As promised on my Instagram today I will be sharing with you how I have been achieving this natural brow.
Lately, I haven't been in the mood to fill in my eyebrows. I have been going for a more subtle and natural look. So, I started using Lanôme Modele Sourcils Brow Groomer. This is a brow gel that you can either use over a brow pencil (or whatever product you use to fill in your brows) to keep your brows in place or you can wear it alone. I have been using this product alone because I really love that it gives a pretty, natural and well groomed look. If you have sparse eyebrows this could be a great product for you to try on top of your brow pencil, it will keep your hairs in place while giving them a fuller look. For me on the other hand, I already have full eyebrows so it really works for me with keeping them subtle. What's great about this product in particular is that it is very light weight and it comes in different shades so anyone can buy it.
I think where a lot of girls with thick eyebrows go wrong is they fill in their brows and it becomes too dramatic and almost unnatural. I would honestly recommend girls with thicker eyebrows to try a brow gel. They are true game-changers or in this case "Brow Changers"!
Anyways, I went ahead and attached a couple of other brow gel favorites: Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel, Bobbi Brown Natural Brow Shaper and Hair Touch Up, and Glossier's new BOY BROW!
Glossier actually just came out with their brow gel, "Boy Brow" this last week which I preordered so I should be receiving it soon!! I am really excited because they are one of my favorite brands. I would recommend Glossier's products to anyone who is into natural or alcohol free products. The majority of their products are natural and work well with sensitive skin. Personally, I really love using their products because they have all worked well with my sensitive skin and they always keep you in your natural state of beautiful!
Brow Gel Tip: If you don't have a brow gel try using your mascara as one! Take your mascara wand and lightly put it through your brows and then you can take a regular brow brush and blending it out. The key is making sure you don't put too much product on. You can use pretty much any type of mascara, water proof or regular. I suggest using a brown mascara and if you feel you need a little more than you can always use a black mascara! ;)
I hope you all enjoyed this "ALL ABOUT THE NATURAL BROW" post! Please comment, share and like for more quick tips. I will be posting a full brow tutorial very soon!
With Love,
Gabrielle
